My Sleeping Habits

I learned a lot in this text, but I think I don’t really need to change a lot of things about my sleeping habits, except that sometimes I go to bed too late. This just requires a little more attention and efforts to apply. My sleeping cycle seems... normal. The week, I usually sleep 7 to 9 hours. I finish my days around 24:00 and I wake up at 7:50 in the morning for the school. The week-end, I go to bed later and I wake up when I want, around 10:00 to 11:00 hours AM. Each day, I start to feel sleepy about 23:00 and I would go to bed at 23:30. I feel sleepy sooner than normal when I did sports that day. But, each night, I can’t stop to surf on the internet or to game. Sometimes, I have big homework to do for the next day. I am so lazy and sleepy that I don’t want to brush my toots and to go to bed... upstairs. So I go sleep later and later. Once in the bed, I normally sleep easily. Half an hour and I sleep. My internal clock is okay and I don’t have the feeling that I have problems with it.
I don’t think that this affect so much my performances. There is only about one week a month or two where I am tired and 50% and less productive in class. I have phases that I am really sleepy, especially after long weekends when I habituate myself to another sleep cycle. Concerning my social life and my family, I think it doesn’t change anything. Finally, I have no important sleeping problems. I’m a “normal student”.
